Wales finish 13th after soundly beating Ltvia 18-2 in the 13th place playoff match. After the group stages 13th was the best position we could finish and victories over Spain (17-9), and an thrilling 9-8 overtime victory against the Czech Republic set up the final game against a Latvia. Wales finsihed the tournament with a 4-3 record
